Here’s one for the commonplace book:
‘Ought stands for nothing,’ said Mr. Perrin. ‘I think you’re a going to be the Deliverer; that’s what I think. Come on!’

Does ‘ought’ really stand for ‘nothing?’ Not really. But it is used that way from time to time. Hence, the phrase is usable.
On a side note, the phrase goes nicely with one of my favorites from childhood: Can’t never could nothin’
